Our plant is staffed with about 120 people, including 12 in mould workshop (3 mould designers and 9 mould developers and producers), 15 in product inspection workshop (mainly inspecting product accessories, finished products and product packing), and 8 technicians (color distributors, injection machine debuggers an maintainers and other equipment technicians). Moreover, our technicians account for 30 percent of all the staff.
